I took care of my Day 2 duties and here we are at Zero to Hero Day 3!
Today I’ll write what’s on my mind…sort of.
Well, I’ve done that. I wrote very passionately during my ‘break’ and I don’t want it to see the light of day. I’m trying to focus on more positivity and what I wrote was raw, negative, ugly and personal. I got it out. I don’t want to spread that vitriolic virus to you.
People tend to be generous when sharing their nonsense, fear, and ignorance. And while they seem quite eager to feed you their negativity, please remember that sometimes the diet we need to be on is a spiritual and emotional one. Be cautious with what you feed your mind and soul. Fuel yourself with positivity and let that fuel propel you into positive action. ~ Steve Maraboli
I won’t be all sunshine and rainbows. As someone that suffers from occasional bouts of depression, I’ll be riding what I call ‘The Blues Train’ from time to time. And that’s ok. It’s a part of my journey and I accept it. But life is for the living and you only get one.
Speaking of virus, this will be a short post because I’m feeling especially exhausted this evening. A stomach bug has been going around the office and I suspect that it may have crossed my desk. I’ll be all better manana.
See you on Day 4!
